NEONATOLOGIST - LEVEL III NICUPractice in a full-service Southeast regional referral center Position Highlights:
  • Work-Life Balance:
    • 18 weeks of service scheduled in 12 week blocks with flexibilitybased on desires of the provider
    • Overnight call from home with APP frontline support
    • Desirable Practice Setting:
      • Full-service Level III 34 bed NICU with full respiratory support capability
      • 24/7 NICU coverage model with in-house APPs and physician backup
      • One of 14 NICHD funded practice groups in the country
      • Academic Affiliation:
        • Employed by University of Mississippi with faculty appointment
        • Occasional teaching of medical students, NP/PA students, and nursing learners
        • Virtual access to case conferences and educational resources

          • 2-year mentorship from UMMC faculty with support for promotion and long-term development Compensation & Benefits:
